Once your order is placed, you may NOT cancel your order. ALL sales are final. Please be sure to double check both your email and mailing address.
ALL appointments will require a deposit. You must reschedule appointment within 24 hours of appointment, or your deposit is non-refundable. Anything less than 24 hours will result in 50% of the service(s) being due.
No outside food, children, or additional guest are allowed during time of appointment or your appointment will be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Payment is due during time of service. If payment isn't received you will NOT be welcomed back. You will also be reported for theft of services!
Please bring exact change because there may not always be cash on hand.
There is a 5-minute grace period. After that has passed, your appointment may have to be rescheduled for all or part of your service(s).
If you're late and I have to reschedule your appointment, 50% of the missed service(s) will be due. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you miss your appointment and are a No Call, No Show and don't reach out, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service(s) missed.
After your second No Call, No Show you will be prohibited to book in the future.
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable. We will only replace items that have been damaged. Please contact us immediately, so that we can get your item sent out to you in a timely manner.
You must provide a picture of the damaged product along with your name and order number. Due to the high demand of certain products, we can't promise you that specific item will be available.
However, we will do our best to get that item sent right out to you as soon as possible.
